Hope

Hope is necessary to press on. Without hope, life is dark and becomes impossible. Hope brings light with the view of possibilities.

Meditate

Yet this I call to mind
       and therefore I have hope:

Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed,
       for his compassions never fail. Lamentations 3:21-22

Also:

Psalm 130:7; Psalm 56:13

Pray with expectation.

Breath prayer: Not consumed . . . because of Hope.
